Information we collect
What you share with us
- Contact details. Your name, email address and phone number, along with anything you tell us about what you are interested in.
- Personalized plan details. The health history, goals and photos you provide through our online personalized plan intake, and the fee you pay there.
- Patient records. If you become a patient, we keep records of your visits, treatments, photos, consent forms and purchases, including membership details.
- Payment details. Card payments are handled by our payment processors. We do not store full card numbers on our own systems.
- Conversations. Texts, emails and calls between you and our team. Calls may be recorded and transcribed so we can follow up accurately.
What is collected automatically
- Device and visit data. Your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you view, and how you move through them.
- How you found us. The ad, search or link that brought you to the site, stored in a cookie for up to 90 days so we know which marketing is working.
How we use your information
- To respond to your inquiry and schedule, confirm and follow up on appointments.
- To prepare your personalized plan and provide your care.
- To process payments, deposits and memberships.
- To send appointment reminders, aftercare information and, if you have agreed, news and offers from Cheeky Denver.

How we use AI
We use AI tools to help our team respond quickly and prepare for your visit. Some of the texts and emails you receive from us are written by AI. AI also helps prepare a first draft of your personalized plan from the information and photos you send us.
AI does not decide your care. A licensed provider reviews every plan and makes every decision about your treatment.

Text messages
When you give us your mobile number and agree to hear from us, we may text you about your inquiry, your appointments, your care, and occasional news from Cheeky Denver. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Agreeing to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase.

We do not sell your mobile number, and we do not share your text messaging consent or opt-in information with third parties for their own marketing.
Advertising and analytics
Our website uses cookies and similar tools from Google (Analytics, Ads and Maps), Meta (Facebook and Instagram), Reddit, OpenAI and Microsoft Clarity, along with a small number of website analytics services. They help us see how the site is used and whether our advertising is reaching the right people.
When you submit a form or become a patient, we may send Google and Meta a scrambled (hashed) version of your email address, phone number and name, together with the fact that an inquiry, booking or purchase took place. This lets us measure our ads and show Cheeky Denver ads to relevant audiences. We do not send your health history or treatment notes to advertising platforms.
We use patient photos in our advertising, on our website and on social media only when the patient has signed a photo consent form.
Phone numbers shown on our website may change depending on how you found us. This is call tracking, and it tells us which marketing led to a call.
We do not sell your personal information.

We share information only with companies that help us run Cheeky Denver, and only what they need to do that work. We require them to protect it.

- Our medical records system
- Payment processors and, if you choose to use them, patient financing providers

- AI services that help our team draft messages and prepare personalized plan materials
- Professional advisers, and authorities where the law requires it
Information from your patient record is shared only as described in the consent forms you sign with us, or as the law allows.
If Cheeky Denver is ever sold or merged, your information may transfer to the new owner under the terms of this policy.
Your choices
- Cookies. You can block or clear cookies in your browser settings. Google and Meta also let you control ad personalization in your account settings with them.
- Email. Use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email. We will still send messages about your appointments and care.
- Texts. Reply STOP.
- Your information. Email [email protected] to ask for a copy of the information we hold about you or to correct it.
- Your patient record. Patients may request a copy of their medical records at any time. We are required to keep medical records for a period of time, so they cannot be deleted on request.
How long we keep information
We keep your information for as long as we need it for the purposes above, and for as long as the law requires us to keep medical and financial records. If we ever discard records that contain personal information, we destroy them securely.
Security
We limit access to your information to the team members and service providers who need it, and we use reputable systems to store it. No website or online service can promise complete security, so please share only what you are comfortable sharing online. If a security incident ever affects your information, we will notify you as Colorado law requires.
Age
Our website and services are intended for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe we have, please contact us.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date at the top shows when it was last changed.
